Join us for an unforgettable evening celebrating the pioneering spirit and Rhône-inspired elegance of Tablas Creek Vineyard. This multi-course wine dinner pairs bold seasonal cuisine with the acclaimed Paso Robles winery’s expressive blends and varietals, crafted through a legendary partnership with Château de Beaucastel and rooted in regenerative, biodynamic winemaking. The evening will hosted by Jason Haas, second generation proprietor and GM of Tablas Creek, who will share insights and stories behind one of California’s most respected wineries, creating a truly memorable experience for wine lovers and culinary enthusiasts alike.
