Our Presidential Villa at our Sunset Strip hotel is the crowning achievement when it comes to luxury. An enormous, two-story, two-bedroom, 3,200 sq. ft. (297.29 m²) residence gives you all the space you’ll need to roam or hide with butler service and private entrance.

Along with an oversized patio and a private deck off the primary bedroom, your spiral staircase leads to a second patio off the villa pool deck where you can hang with fellow travelers, or sequester yourself in the immense master bath complemented with an indulgent soaking tub, television to stream the latest season of your favorite show, and a fireplace to add that just-right ambiance for solitude.

Dining for 10

High-level executive board meetings take place here, and sometimes an occasional game of monopoly or trivial pursuit after the family dinner, prepared by our executive chef in the privacy of your own kitchen.

Liquid Luxury

A SPA-inspired getaway that invites you to stay awhile and let the worries of the day slip away while you gaze into the fire or catch up on a few episodes of your favorite guilty pleasure. Room service “tub-side” supported with a glass of bubbly should be a mandatory minimum when enjoying this level of decadence.

Screening Room

A private room designed for screening your new production to a select audience, or sharing the final edits for your most recent soundtrack recorded in NightBird Recording Studios with your closest friends, aka entourage.

Of course, watching the most recent animated movie release with your kids and improving your gaming skills on a gigantic wide-screen television with surround-sound audio on a big comfy sofa are also options, should you be so inclined.

Guest Room

This 625 sq. ft. one-bedroom villa addition to the Presidential features its own patio off the villa pool, a fireplace, and a grand piano.

While it’s an ideal private retreat for the Nanny, older kids, or a personal assistant, it could easily be the perfect peaceful space for refining the final edits to your next Grammy-winning song.
