Chef Paul Gerard and our Executive Chef, Luis Morales, have collaborated to create an exclusive culinary evening.

Chef Paul Gerard has spent his culinary career between Brooklyn and New Orleans and blends the knowledge and experience he’s garnered from both places to inspire his cooking. Together, he and Executive Chef Luis Morales have crafted a menu featuring delectable dishes cooked on open fire to share.

Bone-In Ribeye, Summer Squash with Almond and Red Pepper Purée, Hot Oil Shrimp, a curated selection of wines from Fess Parker Winery…This will be a night to savor!
