As well as possessing perhaps the best chef-name in the greater Los Angeles area, Sunset Marquis Executive Chef Guillaume Burlion’s bona fides include time spent working in his native France for culinary superstars like Paul Bocuse and Joël Robuchon (that’s basically like having played in bands with both Paul McCartney and Keith Richards). He then studied in Japan, where he sowed the seeds of his signature style: light, fresh Asian flavors prepared with classical French technique.
