We built this city on rock’n’roll. In the case of the Sunset Marquis, almost literally. For nearly two decades, the best, brightest and most notorious legends of the music industry have sauntered through the doors of NightBird Recording Studios, located directly beneath the Sunset Marquis.

Designed by renowned acoustician George Augspurger, the studios offer the latest state-of-the-art in ultra high-end audio and video equipment (and some low-end vintage, if that's your thing), discreet entry through the underground garage and all the amenities offered by the Sunset Marquis hotel – like 24-hour meal and beverage service, concierge and massage treatments. Not to mention underground parking for up to four tour buses. Best of all, rockstars who play here (and stay here) have a one-minute commute to the office.

For our other guests, it may please you to know that the studios are thoroughly sound-proofed and are also available for screenings, stag nights, superbowl parties and similar soirées.
