Working at a ‘Rock’n’Roll Hotel’ is better than Botox. Our concierge staff don’t even know how to raise their eyebrows anymore.

Need a guitar restrung at 2am? A helicopter landing in downtown San Diego? Or a private session with that hard-to-reach fashion photographer? From coordinating multiple on-site shoots and more traffic than the 405/101 interchange, it’s all in a day’s work at the Sunset Marquis. Our seasoned staff speak multiple languages, but the one word they haven’t seemed to have mastered is "no". On-call anytime. It’s no surprise that not much surprises them. They also do the more expected things such as travel arrangements, theatre tickets, sightseeing tours, restaurant reservations, florists, equipment rentals, and more.

With more experience among them than almost any other local concierge desk, our team pride themselves on being unshockable. Still, if you have special needs or requests please contact us prior to your arrival.
